• Virtual Pitch Prep & Practice Sessions with Top Pitch Coaches: In the weeks leading up to the event, we arrange Virtual Pitch Prep & Practice Sessions with top Pitch Coaches who will help you eliminate clutter on your slides and advise you on how to delivery your most impactful pitch.
• Event Platform & Playbook Profile Support: We help you create your "XYZ Statement" and information on your company in your Platform and Playbook Profile, and sort all Pitch Presentations into Themed Sessions to ensure you are seen by your best audience (no "random acts of pitching!").
• On-site Presentation Coaching: Your Pitch is more than just slides - we provide opportunities to sign on on "Prep Day" for one-on-one Coaching on your PRESENTATION in the roo, getting you comfortable with the Space & AV so you can deliver a Pitch That Connects!
• Pitch Intros and Session Facilitation: We provide Facilitated Pitch Sessions with Prepared Intros to keep Pitches on time and get the audience excited to hear from you!
• Pitch Feedback and Best Pitch Awards: Get feedback from your audience, invitations for meetings, and compete for Best Pitch Awards in each session, with awards provided by leading Startup Service Providers (Legal, IP, Messaging, and More!)

2) WaterPreneur Capacity-Building Clinics, Reverse Pitches & Connections

You are more than just your Pitch! We care about WaterPreneurs and recognize that, in Founding a company, you become "The Captain of Your Ship (and Master of Your Soul)!" Your ticket includes Capacity-Building opportunities throughout the program.

• Capacity-Building Clinics & Workshops:
  We begin our event with Prep Day Clinics that provide you with the knowledge, skills, and strategies, including programs for Earlier Stage and Later Stage Startups as well as Clinics for Investors, Advisors & Entrepreneur Support Programs.
• Reverse Pitches Designed to Provide Useful Information: We work with all of the Investors, Funders, Clients, and Entrepreneur Support Programs (From Ideation to Exit) to develop Reverse Pitches - not just discussions and opinions about their experiences but concrete information on what they are looking for, how they make their decisions on which WaterPreneur or Solution they select, and how to get in the door.
• NEW "Hackathon" Client Discussion Tables at Lunch: To maximize discussion opportunities, we do NOT have luncheon speakers - but NEW THIS YEAR we are holding the Client Reverse Pitches before lunch, and then setting up tables for Clients for Startups to discuss solutions they can provide to the Water Challenges presented by the Clients.
• Facilitated Introductions: Feeling shy about introducing yourself? Let our team know who you want to meet and we would be happy to facilite introductions online or onsite!
• NO "Pitch & Run": We ask our Pitch and Reverse Pitch Presenters - as well as other participants - not to "Pitch and Run" i.e. to stay and be accessible to WaterPreneurs at the meals and breaks throughout the event!

Workshop: NEW THIS YEAR we are connecting with the US State Department and other Federal Agencies, International Organizations, DC Government, and the nearly 200 Embassies and Consulates in DC (which include Trade Representatives from those countries) to develop our first WaterPreneurSHIP Goes Global! Workshop with opportunities to learn the latest on tariffs, visas, supply chain and other issues and opportunities for US WaterPreneurs who want to expand globally, and International WaterPreneurs who want to work in the US!
• NEW Fed-To-Tech H2O Hiring Opportunities: Got a Growing Startup? When WaterPreneurs get an investor check or new contract, they often can hire faster than the large, bureaucratic organizations that dominate the Water Sector and other Water-Challenged Industries. Many of the reductions in workforce and funding for Agencies, Federal Contracting and Grants impacted people with water-related backgrounds who are eager to begin a new career in the Startup Space!
